Legal gate

NDA before data

No confidential document leaves LGM without a signed NDA on file. Statutes and term sheet are unlocked at compliance, not at application.

Compliance gate

KYC before capital

No subscription is accepted without complete KYC/KYB and clean OFAC/PLD screening. Wallet-only flows are not permitted.

Corporate gate

Assembly before issuance

Token issuance requires the active sprint to be open under a corporate resolution. Out-of-window orders are queued, never executed.

FAQ

Common questions.

How long does the full process take?+

From application to issuance, typically 7–14 business days, dependent on KYC turnaround and the active subscription window.

What documents do I need to apply?+

Government ID, proof of address and a source-of-funds declaration. Entities additionally provide constitutive documents and ultimate beneficial owner disclosure.

Do I need a wallet to start?+

No. A wallet is only required at the issuance step. The portal guides you through wallet setup once your subscription is settled.

Can I withdraw my application?+

Yes, at any state before settlement. Once funds are settled, the order is irrevocable and tokens will be issued in the next sprint window.

What happens if my KYC is rejected?+

You will receive a notice with the specific reason. Most rejections are document quality issues and can be resubmitted within 48 hours.

Is there a minimum ticket?+

Yes. The minimum ticket per sprint is published in the term sheet inside the data room, accessible after compliance approval.
